About Flying Shelf

Flying Shelf is a research lab reimagining how humans interact with AI.

Since the rise of ChatGPT, conversation has become the default interface for AI. But even as AI generates images, 3d models, and video, we still rely on text prompts—as if chat is the only way forward.

But that's not how we naturally interact with people. And it's certainly not how we should interact with intelligent systems.

At Flying Shelf, we bridge this gap by rethinking interfaces from the ground up. We design intuitive user experiences, combine existing technologies in novel ways, and build our own models when necessary—all to make AI feel less like a tool, and more like an extension of your intent.
